Black Sabbath

Black Sabbath formed in Birmingham U.K. in 1968 were one of the first and most original Heavy Metal bands to dabble musically &  lyrically in occult & gothic imagery to great effect. 

So many bands have quoted the ‘Sabbath’ as a strong musical influence. Is that any wonder when you take stock of such a fine guitarist as Tony Iommi who created a ‘wall of sound’ with just one guitar. 

The legendary exploits of crazy front man and original vocalist Ozzy Osbourne are many fold but this band are truly Heavy Metal Rock Icons.
