Deep Purple

Deep Purple are the Monsters of Rock, the quintessential British Hard Rock & Heavy Metal five piece band that found a winning formula in 1970 with their groundbreaking album ‘In Rock’. The term ‘Classic Rock’ is reinforced with the classical musical influences displayed in much of the great material that this great band recorded.

Ritchie Blackmore may well have trashed a couple of his Strats but aside from all of that, on stage, as well as the studio the interplay between Jon Lords’ gothic Hammond sound and Ritchie’s guitar passages it’s nothing short of sensational.

Add to this the searing vocals of Ian Gillan and you have classic Deep Purple.
