Little Feat

Time Loves A Hero’ and Little Feat had one in the form of founder member and slide guitarist Lowell George who died in 1979. Lowell has gone but Little Feat play on.

Although there were strong Southern influences, they were a West Coast band from Los Angeles that was to become a unique musical ensemble when they formed in 1969. In the 1970’s it was one classic album after another with Sailin’ Shoes, Dixie Chicken, Time Loves A Hero and their amazing live album Waiting for Columbus. We will be waiting an eternity to ever find a band with the talent and originality of Little Feat!
