Love

Love were one of the most respected and self destructive of all the Los Angeles Psychedelic Bands of the late 1960’s. They turned down Woodstock and other touring opportunities which would have made them ‘big league players’. The original band was to split after their ‘classic’ Forever Changes album in 1968.

They were then to resurface the following year with only one original member as a hard rock combo. Arthur Lee was the front man & musical genius who was always expected to replicate the same musical formula he’d used on Forever Changes.

Other notable Love albums, Four Sale in 1969 and also False Start with Jimi Hendrix in 1970. Classic songs ‘Alone Again’, ‘signed DC’ and ‘Andmoreagain’.
