There are many rock superstars, but one who has stood the test of time and is revered amongst guitarists enjoys his sixty fourth birthday today.

Cream legend Eric Clapton has created some of the most recognizable rock sounds during his time with Cream, The Yardbirds, The Bluesbreakers, Blind Faith, Derek and the Dominos and also during his solo work including numerous collaberations with other talented rock legends.
